​​Prenatal yoga is a gentle practice for expectant mothers. It promotes physical and emotional well-being during pregnancy, enhancing flexibility and relieving tension. This practice helps you connect with your baby and prepares you for childbirth.


No need to wait until later in your pregnancy to start. In fact we recommend you begin from 13+ weeks. Enjoy a great yoga practice that is geared for this special time of life.

Prenatal yoga is designed to help you stay strong, relaxed, and connected during pregnancy. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, these sessions support your changing body, ease common discomforts, and prepare you physically and emotionally for birth. Classes are suitable for all levels.

Class is in Englisch taught by Apolline from Bundle of Joy Yoga.


The lessons will be available for reservation 2 weeks before the start of the lesson. We have already opened the first lesson of January 7th. Before you make a reservation, buy one of the class cards below.
